Mo not downloading mods

I've had this problem somewhat recently in the past too with New Vegas and getting mods like Project Nevada to work, I was able to get a work around by installing it manually but this time around that's not gonna cut it.

Oh and I know it's saying "Is being used by another process" but it isn't. Nexus IDS. So none of my mods on my mod organizer has IDs anymore. I would like to know if there was a convenient way to get all the IDs like the feature on nexus mod manager. I don't want to go through over mods and copy and paste the IDs. Nexus download servers. Being a premium member I am stuck with the busiest public server.

Is there any way I can reconnect MO2 with the list of Nexus servers so I can choose when downloading? Oh - got it! I noticed that mods with some kinda sd card icon? Any suggestions? Thank you.
